Data Deletion and Support
This page explains how to request export or deletion of the personal information TechnicallyFit Dynamics Inc. holds about you, how to contact our privacy and support team, and the rights you have. It is intentionally public (no sign-in required) so it can be linked from the Apple App Store and Google Play store listings, from our marketing site, and from in-app account screens. Read it together with our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy; where those policies conflict with this page, those policies control.
What you can request
You can request a copy (export) of your personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it (including consumer health data such as pain, soreness, readiness, recovery, bodyweight, and wearable-derived metrics); withdrawal of consent to our collection or sharing of consumer health data; and appeal of a denial.
How to make a request
In-app account export and deletion
If you have an account, the fastest path is in-app. Sign in at app.technicallyfit.com, open Settings from the sidebar (/teammate/settings for teammates, /coach/settings for coaches), and use the Export my data and Delete my account actions. In-app deletion removes the account record and instructs our subprocessors to delete the personal information they hold on our behalf, subject to the exceptions below.
Email the privacy team
Send your request to our privacy contact. Please include the email associated with your account (if any), the type of request, and any details that help us locate your data. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
Postal mail
A postal mailing address for privacy and data-subject requests is available on request.
Response timelines
We respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 45 days, with one extension permitted when reasonably necessary. Consumer-health-data requests under the Washington My Health My Data Act are subject to the same timeline.
Subprocessor deletion
When you request deletion of your account or your consumer health data, we delete the data we hold directly and direct our subprocessors to delete the data they hold on our behalf, subject to the exceptions below. The subprocessors include: Clerk (identity), Stripe (billing identifiers, subject to Stripe's regulatory retention), Stream (chat), PostHog (analytics identifiers), Sentry (error events), Terra (wearable metadata and metrics), Resend (email logs), Expo / EAS (push tokens), DigitalOcean (App Platform, Managed Postgres, Spaces), Cloudflare Stream (signed playback only — no user identifiers), Doppler (secrets only — no user data), Anthropic / OpenRouter (AI providers, zero-retention where supported), and Convex (legacy social-feed seam being decommissioned). Supabase is not in use.
Exceptions and limits
We may retain limited information after a deletion request where retention is required by law (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records), in encrypted backups that expire on a rolling schedule, or in de-identified or aggregated form that can no longer be reasonably linked to you. The concrete retention schedule per data class is maintained in our internal Notion control register.
App-store privacy disclosures
Apple App Store and Google Play require a publicly accessible URL where users can request deletion of their account and personal data without first signing in. This page is that URL.
